You will receive a link to the training by email in which you have been registered. This link should be distributed among the workers who must do the training.
It is necessary to ensure that the workers who are going to do the training are registered on the tdoc platform. In this way, they will select themselves from among the company’s workers and their course certificate will be automatically sent to the tdoc platform, being validated at the moment.

As a contractor, you will receive a daily email with the trainings completed the day before and the corresponding certificates attached.

If the worker has been subsequently registered on the tdoc platform, you can upload their documentation to the tdoc platform. In case it is uploaded manually, the documentation will have to be validated by the technicians of the tool like any other type of document. If the worker was already created and selected, the validation process will be skipped.

In case no training has been completed, you will not receive the daily email.
