First steps

Two-factor authentication is a security tool used to access the tdoc platform.<\/strong>
\nThe first step consists of entering your username and password<\/strong>, as usual.<\/p>\n

The second step involves scanning a QR code, using either:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a mobile device or<\/li>\n
  2. a computer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

    Using a Mobile Device<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

    To access the platform, you must have one of the following apps installed on your mobile device:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Google Authenticator.<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. FreeOTP.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Both apps work similarly. Below is an example using Google Authenticator<\/strong> for the first login.<\/p>\n

      Please note that the QR code is unique to each user and device<\/strong>, and therefore, it is non-transferable.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

      1.\u00a0Open Google Authenticator, select the Add code<\/em><\/strong> option, and then choose Scan a QR<\/em><\/strong> code<\/strong><\/em>, as shown in the image<\/p>\n

      2. Scan the QR code provided by tdoc<\/em>. Once scanned, the app will generate a temporary code, which you must enter in the tdoc platform<\/strong>.

      3. Once the code is entered, you will gain access to the tdoc platform with the same permissions as befo<\/p>\n<\/div>

      Using a computer<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

      To access via a computer, you must use an extension depending on your browser. Please use one of the following links:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Chrome<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. Firefox<\/a><\/li>\n
      3. Edge<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        All links work in a similar way. Here is an example using Chrome<\/strong> for your first login.<\/p>\n

        1. Click the provided link and select Add to Chrome<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Click Add extension<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. You will see the following icon appear in the top right corner of your browser:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Use the icon to scan the QR code. After scanning the QR code, a temporary code will be generated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. Once you’ve scanned the QR code, a temporary code will appear. Enter this code into the tdoc platform:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  1. After entering the code, you\u2019ll have access to the tdoc platform with the same visibility as before.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>
