Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Os gestores das empresas devem estar autorizados pela mesma para realizar os procedimentos com a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo necess\u00e1rio adicionar um arquivo (ver documento modelo) no qual a empresa a ser gestionada autoriza ao usu\u00e1rio a realizar essas gest\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Se for gestor de mais de uma empresa, dever\u00e1 adicionar tantos aquivos como empresas gestione (cada um preenchido com os dados da empresa correspondente).<\/p>\n<p>Este arquivo \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para completar o registro, mas se n\u00e3o o carregou ainda ou o documento carregado est\u00e1 pendente de valida\u00e7\u00e3o ou for incorreto, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 continuar utilizando a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o (com alguma restri\u00e7\u00e3o), clicando no bot\u00e3o \u201cContinuar\u201d da parte inferior.<\/p>\n<p>As restri\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o devido principalmente aos dados que n\u00e3o permitidos, como por exemplo, n\u00e3o ter acesso aos arquivos carregados por outro usu\u00e1rio, n\u00e3o visualizar alguns dados ou n\u00e3o poder eliminar trabalhadores.<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:31px;margin-left:0px;\"><h2 class=\"title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\"><span style=\"color: #0375c9;\">1.1. (<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">*<\/span><\/strong>) Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do RGPD<\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Dependendo dos requisitos legais do pa\u00eds respeito \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, pode ser necess\u00e1rio carregar uma autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do administrador da empresa por parte da mesma.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-12882\" src=\"https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-1024x293.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"293\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-200x57.png 200w, https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-300x86.png 300w, https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-400x115.png 400w, https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-600x172.png 600w, https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-768x220.png 768w, https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-800x229.png 800w, https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-1024x293.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-1200x344.png 1200w, https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5-1536x440.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.tdoc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1-5.png 1895w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cada vez que aceder, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o requerir\u00e1 o upload da autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, se corresponde e se estiver pendente e oferece a possibilidade de descarregar o documento modelo da autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de preenchida e escaneada poder\u00e1 carreg\u00e1-la seleccionando a op\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCarregar arquivo\u201d. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel aceder \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o sem carregar a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, pressionando \u201cContinuar\u201d, mas ser\u00e3o aplicadas algunas limita\u00e7\u00f5es em certas fun\u00e7\u00f5es (indicadas como ***).
