1. Select the company.
2. Select the center that you want to apply in that report.
3. Select workers that you want to apply in that report.
4. Select Trainings that you want me to apply in that report.
5. Select vehicles and heavy machinery that you want to apply in that report.
6. Generate report / Send by mail.
